摘要:
[摘 要] 目的: 觀察寰樞椎長(zhǎng)期乳酸堆積對(duì)老年小鼠學(xué)習(xí)記憶能力的影響。方法: 小鼠寰樞椎間注射 30 %乳
酸溶液 15 d , 用跳臺(tái)法、水迷宮法和洞板實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試其學(xué)習(xí)、記憶能力的改變 , 計(jì)算腦指數(shù) , 做 HE染色觀察其
病理改變。結(jié)果: 與對(duì)照組比較 , 模型組小鼠跳臺(tái)實(shí)驗(yàn)中潛伏期和錯(cuò)誤次數(shù)明顯增加 ( P < 0101) , 小鼠水迷宮
實(shí)驗(yàn)中游全程時(shí)間和錯(cuò)誤次數(shù)也顯著增加 ( P < 0101) 。洞板實(shí)驗(yàn)中模型組小鼠潛伏期延長(zhǎng) , 探洞次數(shù)減少
( P < 0101) 。 模型組小鼠腦指數(shù)減小 ( P < 0101) , HE染色發(fā)現(xiàn)其海馬區(qū)死亡細(xì)胞增多 , 出現(xiàn)了膠質(zhì)小結(jié) , 以及
血管周?chē)仔约?xì)胞浸潤(rùn)。結(jié)論: 頸部乳酸慢性堆積可以導(dǎo)致小鼠學(xué)習(xí)記憶功能障礙。

Abstract : Objective To observe the changes of learning and memory abilities induced by cumulative lactic acid for
long time in atlas dentata vertebrae in mice. Methods 30 % lactic acid was injected into the place between the first
and the second cervical vertebrae. The changes of lesarning and memory in mice were observed with step2down
avoidance test , water2maze test and hole2board test . The organ index of the brain was calculated and the
pathological changes were observed. Re sults In step2down avoidance test , the reaction period prolonged and wrong
times increased obviously ( P < 0101) , and the latency period shortened significantly 1 The whole2distance swimming
time prolonged and mistakes increased in water2maze test ( P < 0101) 1 In hole2board test , the latency period
prolonged and the times of extending the holes decreased significantly ( P < 0101) 1 The organ index of model mice
decreased significantly ( P < 0101) , and pathological changes such as the colloid corpuscle , necrotic cells increasing ,
inflammation cells infilt rating in blood vessels were discovered. Conclusion The abilities of learning and memory of
the model mice are hurt significantly by accumulation of lactic acid in cervical part .
